Open Positions

Sales Entrepreneur

1. We have an opening for Magic Number’s “First In” Sales Entrepreneur.

2. This sales individual will be a key strategic hire, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

3. Our CEO has been successfully responsible for Magic Number’s sales function to date using existing contact lists; we are now ready to incrementally grow our team and begin selling to NEW PROSPECTS that our marketing efforts have been revealing.

4. This sales individual will be responsible for DIRECTLY selling Magic Numbers Software as a Service to growth business and professional legal firms.

5. Individual is required to bring experience selling software and information products into to HIGH TECHNOLOGY sectors.

6. Individual’s compensation plan will pay a regionally competitive base salary, with a industry-standard SaaS B2B Sales commission structure that REWARDS HIGH VOLUME performance.

7. Individual will collaborate with the CEO and CTO to implement sales pipeline management (PipeDrive) and automated invoicing and billing systems (Stripe).

8. The sales and commission plan will be reviewed, published, and revisited on a regular basis to ensure top performance and scale as the revenue line and team grows.

9. Attendance of industry trade shows, community and panel events, and enterprise prospect accounts is likely, however, the majority of the work may be done using modern TELECOMMUNICATION products such as Zoom.

10. Individual must have a passion for LIFETIME CUSTOMER SUCCESS, perceived product value, regular touchpoints / usage review, and achieve a high recurring product renewal rate.
